Before launching Buddy Landscaping, I spent two summers working with a local landscaping company, gaining real experience and learning how to do the job the right way. Later, I was selected to join Invest Ottawa’s Summer Company Program, where I received funding and mentorship that helped take Buddy Landscaping from idea to reality!

Our backyard wasn't practical with a brick path at the bottom of the stairs leading to a round patio. It had been installed years before we bought the property and needed to move so we could install a gazebo for some much needed shade. These lads blew my mind! They were communicative from the day we first met. The week they did their work was scorching. They dug up the old path and patio; installed the new patio with all the digging, crushed stone and stone dust carrying and leveling, and installation of the new patio stones. Ideas were presented but it was always our decision to make. They are a punctual, hard working team, knowledgable about the work required. Respectful to the point that all noise stopped if we walked outside when we wanted to have a conversation or questions about the job. Through out their time here they maintained a clean work area. The finished project turned out even better than we could have envisioned! Well done BuddyLandscaping, you were fun and professional to work with!! Anthony and his team did a great job installing stone border and river rock. They also installed techno flex and topped up black mulch. Looks great.
